Kinsey, 83, died at Good Samaritan Center, Hermiston, on Friday. She was born in Pomeroy on April 27, 1893. Mrs. Kinsey had been a resident of Hermiston the past year. She formerly had been a resident of Yakima, Wash. She worked for the telephone company many years and was a member of the Congregational Church. Surviving is one brother, Guy Nelson, Hermiston, and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Tahoma Cemetery at Yakima, Wash. Burns Mortuary is in care of arrangements.
