Hello Teresa, My dau worked at the Prison for some yrs. I contacted her and this is what she told me. " The people who died there that their bodies were NOT called for to take home to be burried were cremated. When the bldg was changed to a prison, all ashes that were left there were burried in one plot at Pendelton. There still is a mental facilty there but across the street from the old one at this time." So she didn't say where in Pendelton the ashes were buried but maybe in a Cem there.
