Campbell. "As far as I'm concerned without the excellent cooperation of the Pendleton City Police especially Cpl. Ron William, and the cooperation of Detective Sgt. Bob Oliver of the sheriff's office, the clearance of this case would have been extremely difficult," said OSP criminal investigator LeRon Howland.
