If you ask for a licence Application, Also get a cop6yt of the marriage licence and don't forget the RETURN of SERVICE. That is where the parents names may be also plus the person's who were witnesses. Always ask for all threee things. The return of service is after they are married that the minister or clergy who marries the couple fills out and sends in to Court house records.
