Does anyone have easy access to the 1880 Umatilla Co., OR Census? If so, I would truly appreciate a lookup for the details of this family: Jeremiah BIRKS p. 92 Alta Twp. Is there a Charles ALBRIGHT nearby? He is supposed to be on the 1875 Umatilla Co., OR State Census on p. 55 so I thought he might be there in 1880 too.
