    3. If you ask for a licence Application, Also get a cop6yt of the marriage licence and don't forget the RETURN of SERVICE. That is where the parents names may be also plus the person's who were witnesses. Always ask for all threee things. The return of service is after they are married that the minister or clergy who marries the couple fills out and sends in to Court house records. Nathan Pearson died in Oregon City in 1977 at age 94. I am looking for his wife's death date. Adeline relocated his burial site from Washington National to Sunset Hills in Beaverton in 1995. She died sometime after 1995 but I don't know when nor do I know her maiden name.

    3. Hello Brian; Try asking for someone to check " The East Oregonian" the Pendelton Or newspaper. for you., Also the C8ity directories which many are in the County Lib. at Pendelton, Ore. It isn't from Athena. Also check the Oregon Census in Athena, Umatilla Co. Ore. Check the years of 1880 may been a Territorial census, then 1900, 1910, 1920, and 1930. Also there may have been some Ore. State census's of abt 1885/ 1895/ 1905 etc. You should find them with their children. Maybe someone on net will be able also to help you.
