Liz< Liz - There's a 100 year restriction on birth records - so you have to go through the Dept of Health for those - and pay a lot. You might look at newspapers as an alternative, though there is no index to births. Marriage records are available at the Genealogical Forum of Oregon library - they have the originals. Divorce records are in the circuit court office at the county court house.
