    3. It's the death certificate that I cannot locate. I have checked with the Oregon Archives, Washington Vital Records Office and have had the CADI researced. I thought a burial permit might at least show the State he was transferred from since he doesn't appear to have died in OR, WA, or CA. Thanks for your help.
