Hi, I just received copies from a 1929-31 probate file from Multnomah County Court. The court ordered that the executors post notice of the probate in a newspaper called "Sunday Welcome of Portland, Oregon." Has anyone heard of this paper? Is it part of one of the local papers or was it a paper special to those times? Thanks. shaunta
