Portlant, Oregon (am I right in thinking this is in Multnomah County?), houses the Weatherly Building. I do not actually know where that is. But I have WEATHERLY ancestors, from Pennsylvania, and one or two of them moved to the midwest, and it is entirely feasible that they continued further west, perhaps even being the source of the name of this building.
