They changed in the 1930s. By the 1930 city directory, that address housed a business, so it doesn't look good for it still being there. Today, this address would fall between SE 29th & SE 30th on Division. From memory, this seems like a fairly commercial area, but I'd be happy to go by and see the 'status' of any houses.
