Hi everyone, I'm trying to find any information on a Frank J. Rogers. This is my great grandfather. The following is what I have... He was born around 1891. He was in the military, I have a letter from Veterans Administration Facility, Portland, Oregon, Jan. 8 1935 in reply it refers to :3C-346,242 I don't know what this number is. It mentions a decree of the Circuit Court for Multnomah County, Oregon, entered January, 21 1921. He was married around 1918, a newspaper clipping with no date or newspaper name has the following, "ROGERS-MILROY - Frank J. Rogers, 27 Vancouver Barracks and Bessie L. Milroy, 26, 772 Hoyt Street". She was born in 1892, therefore 1918 for the marriage. They had a daughter Marjory Aileene Rogers in 1919 (my grandmother). Now the nasty bit, he was convicted of bigamy and served time for it. My great grandmother, Bessie smuggled their daughter into Canada. I have no idea what happened to him after serving his sentence. Any information on Frank J. Rogers would be great, my grandmother knows nothing of her father and Bessie would never speak of him. Thanks, Ron Field Toronto, Canada
