Need a kind person to look in the Portland City Directory years 1950-1963 for Edith Ross (wid of George W). She was found in the 1950 Directory as Edith M Ross (Wid of George W) r. 1612 SW Columbia . This is the Edith I am looking for. I sent to the State Vital Statistics and recieved a death certificate but it was for the wrong Edith Ross. My Edith was not listed as family in her daughter, Golda Sanders, death notice in 1963 so I know she died between 1950 and 1963 and most likely in the Portland area since she lived there from 1920. I need a death time frame for her and the last directory or the last phone book for those years she is listed in would help a lot. Thank You, Phyllis pdc@thegrid.net
