My husband just went to the Oregon Historical Society in downtown Portland last week and went through City Directories. You might check there to see if they have those years; he was looking at earlier years. http://www.ohs.org/ He did say it cost $6 to get in unless you have a Multnomah County library card, or it's free for seniors on Thursdays.
