It was the Archives, here is their inventory on census': Oregon State Archives: Census [Enumeration of the Inhabitants and Industrial Products of Marion County-with index], 1895 (3 volumes, 1 reel of microfilm); Census [Enumeration of the Inhabitants and Military Enrollment of Marion County-with index], 1905 (2 volumes, 1 reel of microfilm); Census Records [Abstract of Assessment and Census], 1865 (1 volume); Census Records [City of Aumsville], 1905 (.05 cu.ft.). Send your request to: reference.archives@state.or.us They do charge, but very little.
