Hi Linda, I think your suggestion of having a surname list for the Marion County would be great and possibly very helpful. I am searching for my WILSON family in Marion Co. Came to Oregon from Iowa about 1897. GEORGE WORTH WILSON +MARTHA (SMITH) WILSON children: William, Ananias, Joseph, James, Albert & Clarence. All children except Clarence born in Iowa, Clarence born in OR. They were primarily in the Labish area. Thanks for your hard work on this list, Linda. Karol
