    3. Hi. I'm not sure, but I think copyrights are only good for about 17 years. Anyway, if there is no commercial use or profit, I think all they can do is make you stop using the material. 3. Warning! If anyone has a problem with the content of this e-mail, contact me personally at <famtree51@yahoo.com>. Don't clutter the list, please... Family Tree Maker has given us a 'holiday special', I myself have not been able to take advantage of it. Mainly because it won't take my 'cookies'. :) So I decided to look around at some of their other information and found this site < www.knowx.com > DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! They advertise cheaply found death information, but after spending $7.00 I found it to be the same information that we can get free from a Social Security Death Index Site. The purpose of me spreading this information is that some other poor soul doesn't bite the trap. 1. [ORMARION-L] MARS
    2. I recently came across a social security death index CD from Family Tree Maker that had the name Wellington Mars born September 14, 1917, and died February 25, 1994, in Salem, Oregon. My uncle, grandfather, great grandfather and gg grandfather all have the name Wellington. It is either a first name or middle name. Mars is not a very common name, so I am very interested to see if this Wellington Mars is connected in any way to my Mars family. They were from Campbell Co. Tennessee. They lived in both Fincastle and LaFollette TN. My gg grandfather's name was Wellington Rainwater Mars, which is not a very common name at all. If anyone out there is researching the Mars or knows anything about this family, I would love to hear from you. Thank you. Lynn Huggins

They will make copies for you at a minimal fee. http://arcweb.sos.state.or.us/reference.html Here is the URL to do the search again (the reference staff will need that information to find what you want): http://159.121.115.13/databases/searchgeneal.html Good luck on your search.....
