A Waterloo Founders Day Potluck Picnic will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 7, in the park next to City Hall. Hot dogs and hamburgers will be provided. Guests are asked to bring a favorite side dish, chips, etc. Soda pop will be available for 50 cents each. The picnic will include exhibits and presentations by local agencies on the following topics: disaster relief, neighborhood watch, bicycle safety, and the Y2K Bug.
