Hi M'lisa, Abiram Breeden died 5 Mar 1882 and is buried in the Liberty Cemetery, Sweet Home, Linn Co. This data from Dick Milligan. According to the State Archives, death records were not recorded until 1903, so I doubt if you'd find a copy of his death record. Hello to the Linn Co. researchers -- I'm hoping someone can answer a couple questions for me. 1) I am looking for the name of a cemetery where the brother of an ancestor was buried. Last known residence for Abiram Breeden was Bush Creek in Linn Co. (per 1880 census). He died in 1882 and I would assume he was buried at a nearby cemetery. Which cemetery would this be? 2) I have a copy of his probate papers, but am looking for a copy of his death record in the hope that his parents are listed. Were death records kept as early as 1882?
