Hello to the Linn Co. researchers -- I'm hoping someone can answer a couple questions for me. 1) I am looking for the name of a cemetery where the brother of an ancestor was buried. Last known residence for Abiram Breeden was Bush Creek in Linn Co. (per 1880 census). He died in 1882 and I would assume he was buried at a nearby cemetery. Which cemetery would this be? 2) I have a copy of his probate papers, but am looking for a copy of his death record in the hope that his parents are listed. Were death records kept as early as 1882? If so, who specifically would I write to request a copy of this? Thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this for me.
