That whole area is flat! ;-) The only location in all of Oregon that has a name anywhere close that I can find is, Shelter Cove and that is all the way up and over to the east side of Willamette Pass on Hwy 58 at Odell Lake. Perhaps, for those with access to land records, they might want to look for anybody with a name similar to Shetler or Chetler and see if they had any property in that area.
