Lebanon Express June 3, 1963 Marks Funeral Conducted Here Funeral for Mrs. Marie E. Marks, 81, Brownsville, was Saturday at 3:30 pm in the Huston Funeral Home. The Rev. Charles Falconer officiated. Burial was at Bemidji Minn. Cemetery. Mrs. Marks was born June 6, 1881, at Bonfield ILL., died Friday at the Langmack Hospital in Sweet Home after a suffering a brief illness. She came to the Brownsville area 12 years ago from Guthrie, Minn. and was a member of the Methodist Church. Survivors are her husband Albert, whom she married at Guthrie on May 2, 1913, her dau Mrs. Dorothy Ogg, Brownsville, her son Winfred, Bemidji; her bothers William Hess, Lebanon, Allen and Elmer Hess, Poplar, Mont., and Ed Hess of Guthrie, and three grandchildren.
