I was wondering if any one knows how I can find the list of Ferry operators, from Junction City to Portland, Had a Great uncle last name Howard that ran a Ferry around the Peoria area. Can't seem to find him. Its either Baxter F. Howard, Jefferson Davis Howard, or Lafayette Tain Howard. Thanks for responding Janette
