A. C. WILLIAMS is listed in the 1891 Tax Assessment of Linn Co., OR. His wife, ELSIE WILLIAMS is listed in 1895 as tax payer on the very same property, the E 1/2 of lots 36, 37, 38 & 39 in Abbies Addition to Albany, OR (2 blocks). Can you help me figure out why neither one is listed in the new taxpayers list you just posted for 1892? There is a listing for WILLIAMS BROS. How can I find out who these brothers are?
