Lebanon Express April 7, 1920 N.N. Ward died at the Lebanon hospital April 3d, after an illness of several weeks. Martin Nicholas ward was born in Tennessee March 1, 1879, where he made his home until twelve years ago, when he came west, settling in Aumsville, from which place he came to this section several years ago. Twenty-eight years ago he married Miss Addie Underwood, also a native of Tennessee. To them were born thirteen children, four of whom are native of Oregon. Twelve children and a wife survive him. The body was interred in the Masonic cemetery, where funeral services under the auspice of the Modern Woodman were held Tuesday afternoon.
