Our obit books don't have Ben Sell obit. This is what it says: Ben E. Sell, of Albany, died this morning in Phoenix, Ariz of injuries sustained in an accident. Services are pending at AAsum Funeral Home. Funeral home address is: 805 Ellsworth St. SW Albany, Oregon 97321 You could write and get a copy of the information they have. You will probably have to write to the newspaper or ask is there is a genealogy society, in Phoenix and see if they have a copy of the obit.

I'm visiting Portland OR and just bought a family Bible in an antique shop. It is the Bible of William A. and Jennie May Rader Humphrey who married in Albany OR but lived in Brightwood. William was b. Albia, Monroe Co. IA 1865 and was the son of George and Martha Wills Humphrey. The family apparently came to OR with a wagon train. I have no use for the Bible. I received a death certificate today from Oregon. Helen W. Easley died January 5, 1929 in Portland, Multnomah County at the Portland Sanitaruim. The family's residence was Milwaukie, Oregon. What I am looking for is the cemetery where Helen is buried. The death cert is hard to read but it looks like it says Linn Mem Park. Is there a Linn Memorial Park cemetery in Linn County? The undertaker was Jacobson Co. If anyone can make sense of this and can assist, please advise. Thank You...... Jean
