She was born May 7, 2009 to Deanne Dinese Abbas and Nathan Earl Moeung in Newport. She is survived by her parents; her brother, Connor Moeung; grandparents, Dennis and Cecilia Abbas, Tammy Miller, and Somoun Moeung; stepgrandparents, Hugh Hoffman, and Naret Moeung; and great-grandparents, Geraldine Abbas and Jerry and Geraldine Miller. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, March 4, at Bateman Funeral Home, 915 NE Yaquina Heights Dr., in Newport. A graveside service will be at noon on Friday, March 5, at Toledo Cemetery.
