She was born Aug. 6, 1943 to George and Margaret (Wilcox) Miller in Newport, Ore. She grew up in the communities of Siletz and Newport, where she lived throughout her childhood. She lived in Wisconsin for several years in the late 1970s and returned to Newport until the mid 90s. She resided in the Salem area for a few years and then returned to Wisconsin before calling Lebanon her home. She was a member of The River Center in Lebanon. She enjoyed poetry, drawing, sewing, baking and cooking. She also enjoyed her grandchildren and her dog, Addie. She is survived by two sons, Kip Arnett and Kevin Graham, both of Wisconsin; daughters, Jamie Arnett of Keizer, Mindi Agnew of Wisconsin and Traci Malnory of Wisconsin; brother, Bill Miller of Lebanon; sister, Bonnie Crawford of Siletz; and 11 grandchildren.
