He was born Aug. 11, 1960 to E. Darrell Rafferty and Sharon C. (Halverson) Rafferty in Goldendale, Wash. His Chihuahua, "Primo Puppy," held a special place in his heart. He is survived by his parents E. Darrell Rafferty of Battleground and Sharon Rafferty of Lincoln City; stepmother, Darlene (Niki) Rafferty; sisters, Stacy Garcia and Sydney Rafferty; brother, Evan Rafferty; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service was held March 20 at Elim Lutheran Church in Brush Prairie, Wash. An online memorial book is available at www.columbian.com/obits.
