He was born Sept. 22, 1959 to Jeanetta and Douglas Gough Sr. in San Diego. He was a resident of Toledo for 20 years, living with his sister. He is survived by his sister, Jennifer Davis; brothers, Terry Gough and Justin Gough; nieces, Hannah Davis, Alex Boydston, Lindsey Boydston, Ashley Boydston and Samantha Gough; and nephews, Joel Davis and James Gough.
