Tammy was born July 4, 1953 in Longview, WA. to Robert and Nadine Enbusk. Tammy married Donald Foultner on August 25, 1978 in Clatskanie, OR. She attended Mark Morris High in Longview also attended WSU, she was a lifelong Realtor and office manager in Lincoln City. Tammy liked playing tennis, was a member of the Elks Club and attended St Peter the Fisherman Lutheran Church. She wanted all family and friends to "Live life to the fullest". Tammy is survived by her mother Nadine Enbusk Cooper and one brother Mark Enbusk both of Longview, WA; husband Donald Foultner and daughter Ashleigh Foultner both of Lincoln City; son, Shawn Foultner of Siletz. Tammy was preceded in death by her father Robert Enbusk and one sister Kathy Diaz. Memorial service will be held Saturday, April 6, at 1p.m. at St.Peter the Fisherman Lutheran Church, S.W. 14th & Hwy 101, Lincoln City.
