Martin Jr. Robert C. Martin Jr., 64, died Sept. 11, 2013 in Newport, Ore. He was born April 20, 1949 to Robert C. Martin Sr. and Lilly (Quinlin) Martin in Trinity, Texas. Burial will take place with military honors at the Eagle Point National Cemetery in Eagle Point, Ore. Bateman Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
