He was born Aug. 24, 1951 to Emanuel and June Rilatos in Toledo, Ore. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 18 at the Siletz Tribal Cultural Center with burial to follow at Paul Washington Cemetery in Siletz. Bateman Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
