Dysle Irene L. Dysle, 96, of Toledo, Ore., died May 23, 2010 in Albany, Ore. She was born May 21, 1914 to John and "Lena" Fuegy in Hillsboro, Ore. After graduating from high school in Beaverton, Ore., she married her sweetheart, Alfred J. Dysle, on Feb. 15, 1934. She had many interests, such as bird watching, drawing, painting, reading, working crossword puzzles, baking her famous breads and blackberry pies, and playing the piano and organ. Next to her family, what she loved the most was making people laugh. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lena Fuegy; her husband, Alfred Dysle; four sisters; son-in-law, Lowell W. Coutant; grandson, Paul A. Dysle; granddaughter-in-law, Wendy Wilson Dysle; and nephew, John Badertscher. She is survived by daughter, Daryl Coutant of Ashland, Ore.; son, Clark (Betty) Dysle of Scio, Ore.; grandson, Grant Dysle (Julie) of Battle Ground, Wash.; two great-grandchildren, two nieces and a nephew. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice. Bateman Funeral Home in Newport is handling arrangements.
