This seems very odd, but someone is selling what looks like an official court record book from Lincoln Co. on eBay. The title on the cover reads Judgment Docket Circuit Court 2 and covers the years 1926 to 1948. If this is indeed Public Record, how and why is it being auctioned off? Could this book have been stolen at some time in the past, or has the County discarded their historical records?
