Cindy was born August 20, 1954 in Idaho Falls, Idaho to Conrad and Shirley Willis. Cindy was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, a wonderful mother of five, an artist, published author, seamstress, and teacher. Cindy was preceded in death by her daughter Jennifer and mother Shirley. She is survived by her husband Morris Grover; son James; daughters Brandy, Krystal, and Victoria and 13 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. October 5, 2013 with visitation one hour prior to service at the Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Church in Newport. Dedication of the grave and burial will follow at Eureka Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Affordable Burial and Cremation.
