Russell James K. Russell, 65, of Waldport, Ore., died Oct. 2, 2010 at Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital in Newport. He was born Sept. 14, 1945 to James and Bertha Russell in Waukegan, Ill. He served in the U.S. Navy for almost four years and later worked as a commercial truck assembler. No formal services are being held per his request.
