Moody Kenneth W. Moody, 71, of Puyallup, Wash., died unexpectedly on Sept. 23, 2010 in Puyallup. He was born July 25, 1939 to Dorothy and Sinclair Moody in Byron, Minn. He graduated from Toledo High School in 1957. He was an athlete and selected for the Coast League All-stars in football. Upon graduation, he served in the Air Force and was stationed in San Antonio, Texas, Spokane, Wash. and briefly in Spain. He was an extremely ambitious man and co-inventor of an ultraviolet water purification system. He had a creative mind and was very inventive. He enjoyed retirement. There are many memories of him from family and friends, especially his fun-loving spirit and demeanor. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy and Sinclair Moody. He is survived by his partner of 16 years, Janet; his four children, Kim Calamia-McKee, Debbie Moody, Rebecca Schumaker and Will Moody all of Washington state; and his six siblings, Eloise Lancaster, Charles Moody, Marilyn Moody Day, Richard Moody, Rosemary Conrad and Barbara Owen.
