She was born March 26, 1918 in Walla Walla, Wash. Her memberships over the years included Grants Pass American Legion Post #28; past president and member of the Newport Eagles, and past state officer of the Rebecca Lodge. Her hobbies included playing bingo and pinochle. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Harry Cure Sr; second husband, Keith Damron; son, Raymond Cure; granddaughter, Amber Baker; and grandson, Harry B. Cure III. She is survived by children, Robert Cure of Portland, Bea (Chet) Baker of Grants Pass, and Dr. Harry (Maria) of Redmond; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one great-great-grandchild. Private inurnment will be at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors in Grants Pass are handling arrangements.
