He was born Oct. 6, 1959. A full military service will be at noon on Monday, Sept. 27, at Willamette National Cemetery. A formal funeral procession will depart the Newport office of Affordable Burial and Cremation at 8 a.m. Affordable Burial and Cremation is handling arrangements.
