She was born May 18, 1936 to Burl and Beulah Hooten in Oronogo, Mo. She worked for many years as a school lunch cook and as a fish filleter. She married Edwin Randall on June 29, 1957 in Nampa, Idaho. She was a member of the Ustick Baptist Church in Idaho. She loved gardening and cross-stitching, and she was a faithful daily Bayfront walker. She was preceded in death by her mother, Beulah M. Smith, and father, Burl Hooten. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Edwin "Ed" Randall of Newport; children, Tim (Gretchen) Randall of Newport, Gina Randall of Redmond, Sheila (Michael) Barlow of Maui, Hawaii and Heather (Wylde) Gillen of Newport; grandchildren, Alicia Rowlee, Malina Barlow, Mason Barlow and Corey Gillen; and great-grandchild, Macie Barlow.
