Bruns Burton J. Bruns, 87, of Newport, Ore., died Feb. 14, 2010 in Newport. He was born May 24, 1922 to John and Ruth Bruns in Raymond, Minn. A full obituary will follow at a later date. A funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at Bateman Funeral Home, 915 Yaquina Heights Drive, Newport. A private interment to follow at Eureka Cemetery in Newport.
