She was born Aug. 18, 1956 to Howard and Madge Mason. In 1975, she graduated from Waldport High School. In 1979, she married Aaron Ralph Morrow, and gave birth to two children, Stephanie Jo Mariah Chamberlin and Joshua Blaine Morrow. They raised their children in Vancouver, Wash. until 1994, when they moved to Yachats. She worked as a Housing Occupancy Specialist for the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians. She was a member of the Waldport Women's Bowling League and St. Anthony's Catholic Church, and served as chairman of SCHC Health Committee. She participated in Relay for Life, and Walk for Diabetes. She enjoyed gardening, traveling and spending every moment with her grandson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Madge Mason; and brothers, Terry Mason, Paul Mason and Todd Mason. She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Jo (Ryan Wood) Mariah Chamberlin of Waldport; son, Joshua Blaine Morrow of Yachats; brothers, Tim Mason of Siletz and Tad (Belinda Boy Sun) Mason of Dallas, Ore.; sisters, Sharon Mason of Siletz, Pamela (Phil) Rilatos of Siletz, Dorene (Roger) Rilatos of Siletz, Diane (Ed) Troyer of Siletz, Cindy (Brian) Urbach of Newport, Judy (Karl) Payne of Siletz and Monica (Gary) Bessette of Tidewater; grandson, Mason Marcus Chamberlin of Waldport; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends may call for visitation from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 10 at Bateman Funeral Home, followed by the recitation of the Holy Rosary to be held at 6 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 231 Logsden Rd. in Siletz. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, at the Siletz Tribal Community Center in Siletz, with graveside committal services following at Eureka Cemetery in Newport. All are welcome to a potluck luncheon at the Siletz Community Tribal Center following the graveside services. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
