Estes Elliott R. Estes, 69, of Waldport, Ore., died Aug. 9, 2013. He was born July 30, 1944 to Arvin C. and Ray Elizabeth Estes in Australia. A celebration of life service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24 at Waldport Community Presbyterian Church, at Highway 34 and Bay Street.
