She was born Aug. 26, 1914 to Bert and Bertha Ingraham in Newberg, Ore. She was preceded in death by her husband, Merle McDougall. A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, at Pacific View Memorial Gardens in Lincoln City. Memorial donations may be made to Samaritan Evergreen Hospice House, 4600 Evergreen Place SE, Albany, OR 97322. Bateman Pacific View Memorial Chapel in Lincoln City is handling arrangements.
