He was born Oct. 16, 1948 in Portland to Carl and Rosemary (Belliston) Miller. A memorial service with full military honors will be at 10 a.m. on Aug. 14 at the Lacey Presbyterian Church, 3045 Carpenter Road in Lacey, Wash. Interment will take place at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia. Affordable Burial and Cremation is handling arrangements.
