She was born Sept. 18, 1940, in Vernonia, Oregon, and graduated from Cleveland High School in Portland in 1958. She was married 33 years to Ed Mosley, who passed away in 2005. She had her own balloon bouquet business, and later worked for the City of Newport, Oregon, before retiring. She spent her retirement years being active in the First Presbyterian Church in Newport, and also worked as a volunteer hospice counselor. She is survived by three daughters: Patti (Donaghy) Pattison, Debi (Donaghy) Mathews, and SuAnn (Mosley) Floyd, as well as five grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Sunday, Feb. 17 at First Presbyterian Church in Newport, starting at noon. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Linda's name to the American Diabetes Association. Bateman Funeral Home cared for the family.
