He was 71. Born Dec. 12, 1938, in Olympia, Wash., Thomas' life was celebrated on June 23 at a service at Valley Memorial Park Funeral Home in Hillsboro. He is survived by his wife, Lyndall; daughter and son-in-law Debbie and Stacy Case; grandson Tyler Case; granddaughter Ashley McGee; great-grandson Patrick Preston McGee; stepdaughter Tammy and her spouse, Doug Stenerson; brother John W. Chadwick; and sisters Lynda and husband, Don Sizer, of Banks; and Marcia and husband, Doug Whitesitt, of Yuma, Ariz.
