Maybe we should just rename this the McKay list! Thanks Stephen, now we know that several McKays from Farr moved to South Ronaldsay/Burray. We have Donald, b. abt1806, Hugh b. abt 1809, John b. abt 1811, Euphemia, b. abt 1814, Ann, b. abt 1812 and Margaret b. abt 1807. The chances of them being brothers and sisters are very good so next we need to see if one set of parents in Farr had children with those names. First one to find out should let us all know!
