Keep in mind however, that 260.00 is the opening bid, it's a reserve auction so their minimum selling price is higher and is not disclosed also it's offered in US dollars. UK folks have a nice currency advantage to the US dollar. $260.00 = 161.070 GBP Sigurd - why doesn't the Orcadian buy it? <g> If there really are only 4 of these maps in existence it'd be nice to see it in Orkney or Shetland. And it would be nice to see a larger picture - a translation from the latin would be nice as well. I wonder if I can get the seller to do another scan for us and release the picture after the sale is over. Worth a try, let you know if he/she says yes. Anne
